The Academic Times Journal is dedicated to maintaining rigorous intellectual property compliance standards. We strive to publish a wide range of research contributed by students, lecturers, seasoned researchers, corporate professionals, and independent scholars, while strictly adhering to the principles of IP protection, originality, and ethical use of external materials.
Originality of Content
All submitted manuscripts and visual elements (e.g., graphics, charts, infographics) must be the original work of the author(s).
The authors must declare that their submissions have not been previously published and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Author Rights and Copyright Ownership
Authors retain full ownership of the copyright to their work, including any associated visuals, upon submission.
By submitting to our journal, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish their research and distribute it in various formats, while retaining the right to reuse and distribute their work as they see fit.
Authors are encouraged to use open-access licensing models, such as Creative Commons licenses, that promote sharing while preserving their rights.
Use of Third-Party Materials
Authors must provide proper citations and permissions for any third-party content (e.g., images, data, or graphs) used in their submissions.
Suppose external images, graphics, or other media are used. In that case, authors must ensure they have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce or adapt the materials, and these permissions must be documented upon submission.
All visual and textual content must comply with fair use principles or fall within legally permitted exceptions where applicable.

Copyright Violations and Dispute Resolution
In the event of an intellectual property dispute or copyright violation, the editorial board has established clear procedures for investigating the issue and taking appropriate action, which may include retraction of the article, issuing corrections, or providing appropriate credits.
Authors and contributors are required to indemnify the journal against any claims of IP infringement, ensuring that all submissions comply with applicable copyright laws.

Through these measures, the editorial board ensures that the journal operates in full compliance with intellectual property laws, safeguarding the rights of authors, third-party content creators, and the journal itself. We strive to maintain a transparent, ethical, and legally sound publication process for all contributors.
